Tennessee deserves to be ranked higher than Georgia from a merit / performance standpoint, but Georgia has more talent and would be favored on a neutral field.

Only time will tell which team is actually better.

Texas’ weakness is their lack of run game. When they face some serious secondary’s, it could be a problem.

Well, that's one hell of a title you've put up there. Both my Vols and Georgia (until further notice) are strong teams. Tennessee has not played Alabama yet, and will not play Georgia until early November.

Georgia had some tactical blunders (e.g., not running early in the game, until the third possession) that could have won them that game. So this title is somewhat insulting to suggest that 1) Georgia is bad, or at least underwhelming, while 2) Georgia is 'less good' than Tennessee in the most condescending way imaginable.

Should Tennessee be above Ohio with better wins. Ohio State probably is great but so Tennessee has shown more due to schedule. As time goes on there is time for them to move up.

Kirby has to get out of the pro set antiquated offense mindset. UGA has to have a dual threat Qb just like bama has had for YEARS to compete. Making your mike and star spy into the backfield on every play is basically adding one second to those players reaction on offensive plays. It’s a modern way of playing football. You must evolve to be elite. In addition, UGA has no run game. Etienne is not HIM. Kirby needs to look past RB1 at this point and give the pill to a more hungry RB in the depth chart.
