An impressive hotel complex and I think that is partly what you are paying for and, of course, the name. Not forgetting the light show, which was also impressive. I appreciate being able to experience these locations through your eyes without me having to go there!

This is my town Tim! The old Hard Rock used to be my regular hang out when I was younger. I think most of the locals aren’t that impressed with the new Guitar Hotel except for the pools and the light show. The light show in person is extraordinary and the guitar is far bigger than you think when watching videos of it! They do specialty themed holiday light shows and we saw it one year for New Years Eve. Count down and ensuing light show on the guitar was brilliant! You can’t beat it from the pool/lagoon and I highly recommended it on special occasions at least once in your life. I hope you are enjoying/enjoyed your stay here in Florida! It was so nice to see that you popped into my area!

I was paying 250 a night in the seychelles, hot tub, spa bath, steam shower, two huge rooms and massive balcony at a boutique hotel and an unbelievable view out to the beach and indian ocean. Ill never understand how hotels of "reasonable" luxury quality like this one is 3 x that cost. America and the UK are terrible for hotel costs.

Been to the USA the last 2 years

I'm also a hotel reviewer & that would really be taking the Michael only being able to checkin at 5pm. I would probably complain because it's obvious they let other people checkout late when you have paid for the time from 2pm. 3ish probably can forgive them but 5 is ridiculous especially as you're only staying 1 night

The hotel looks great, shame the room doesn’t live up to the rest of the hotel, I was actually a little shocked when Tim opened the door to his room, looks like a care home, no way was that room worth £1k a night.
