I think a cool explanation of why the viper tobi kodachi lost its electricity is that normal tobi’s gathers static electricity from brushing in the bush. Due to the forest being all covered in snow the viper tobi can’t gather any electricity from it.

God I love the vibe of World. The discovery of the Hoarfrost Reach and the following expeditions into it really drive home the fact that the Commission is separated from the rest of the Guild, stuck in hostile locales and surrounded by dangerous wildlife.

And yet they love it because Monhun humans are adrenaline junkies and they're super into exploring. It's so fun

Ah, the New World truly is fantastic and it's good that there is an entire series explaining the monsters and their life-styles inside of it.

At this point you could be making up regions and monsters, I couldn't tell the difference.
MHWorld is way bigger than I would've ever imagined.

I literally watched the entire series yesterday and said, out loud, when he releases the Hoarfrost Reach episode I’m gonna pop off. And here we are! Let the popping commence!

Of course I love all the Monster Hunter games I’ve played including Rise, but none can come close to the feel of World.

It's interesting that you use Odo and Ebony Odo as your examples for microevolution to adapt while migrating. There's a really good theory going around that Ebony is actually the ORIGINAL, and red Odo is in fact the "mutation". Don't know if you've seen that, but it's a really interesting video.

Goddamn, to this day MHW/Iceborne ecology is a true treasure. I just hope they double down on the ecological aspect in MH6

I do just want to point out that larger creatures often thrive in colder climates due to size being more energy efficient in the cold, it's why polar bears are so heckin big and why things in cold waters or the dark of the abyss grow to such sizes. It feels a bit strange to have missed commenting on that with something like Banbarro

You're basically the David Attenborough of Monster Hunter and i love it.

If you ever end up looking at other games in the franchise, like Rise or Tri, i just might pass out from happiness

A familiar face from the old world has come to say hello
Slowly thundering across the tundra covered in ice and snow

A tick layer of armour covers each of her flanks
She’s as tall as a mountain and built like a tank

As smart as she is strong with her wisdom she roams
All hunters beware of the arrival of the Popodrome

Titan Of The Tundra: Gamamoth

If it only came true

This was fucking awesome in a way I was not prepared for. Way to really holistically integrate monster design, environment, and behavior into a cohesive nature documentary. 12/10

Amazing video as always. Will you try the Guiding Lands next or do a single monster documentary again?
