Depending on how you stumble across me and my website on the internet, you may be confused about what it is that I do.

This is totally understandable because I cover a range of topics. In the past, I’ve struggled to clearly articulate what I do. And depending on who’s asking I may give a different answer.

Paul, great content and finding what you do is quite valuable. About this specific video though, I do have some feedback. I think you are attempting to summarize who you are in this clip and what it is you do. If your focus is on "you" then, I guess it works if your goal of the video is "Provide a generalized summary of Paul's life work". The question is, is your communication serving the goals you have for the intended viewer? That they have a general summary of your life's work and who you are? If so, then I'd say A+. If your goal was different, to say, "Convert niche viewership into business clients or opportunities", then you might think differently about the video. I hope this message encourages you to think about the landing video people first click on when wanting to know, Who really is Paul Minor? If people got this far, they want to really know more about you because they most likely, like what they see. Personally speaking, those are the types of individuals you want to convert to business clients so consider, focusing your content on capturing and converting those individuals in a way that is aligned to your brand, your personality, and how you like to engage potential clients. This is the least I can do for all the great advice you've provided me through your videos. Good luck!

Great Videos... New to Pipedrive...Currently have third party delivering leads into Contacts. Is it better to have them start in Leads? Also what the easiest way to turn Contact into Lead? Does Creating a Lead also Create a Contact?
