R15 has short stroke engine bcoz of which crank rotation increases and top speed too, on other hand xpulse has long stroke engine due which there is less crank rotation.

Xpulse is geared different, so you cant slam it till 40 in the 1st gear, you got to quickly move to the 3rd & 4th gear and thats when you the acceleration
