In Quran Allah says
And] who created seven heavens in layers. You do not see in the creation of the Most Merciful any inconsistency. So return [your] vision [to the sky]; do you see any breaks?
And science has now observed that everything is uniform in the uniform and the galaxies and stars are not present in the world such that some area has more density and some area has less but the stars galaxies are scattered uniformly in universe

no one ever suggested or claimed before 1925 that Quran says Universe is expanding. When it was come to know that universe is expanding then the meaning of this verse had been changing. Before discoverey of expanding universe, its translation was precious but after discoverey of expanding universe its meaning has changed.

Arabic word used here is not موسِّعُن Muwassioun which means we expand The word used in the verse is موسِعُونMusioun which means we have power or ability

I swear to my mother brother father the one god wallahi my mother caught me on the same day and wihile oiling my hair drops of oil get in to my eyes and my eyes got a serious infection
