As an American citizen I'm truly embarrassed about my own country's level of hypocrisy, criticizing those who are buying Russian oil while we ourselves have no problem buying oil and even selling weapons to Saudi Arabia who are carrying out a genocide in Yemen. That somehow is perfectly fine. If the tables were turned and the US could buy oil at discounted prices, we absolutely would. Our government is just pissed they can't.

India can save billions of dollars by buying Russian oil given it is selling at discount. In turn India can make payments in pharmaceuticals, food items and many other items. It was not wise of Russians to buy their meds from Europe in the first place when India has the cheapest meds globally.
