You were right, dad! Towards the end, the "I'm Waiting" dialogue is from Kaththi that has the coin fight scene. Throughout this trailer, it felt nostalgic to see so many old-school stars come together for Thalapathy's 2nd last film ahead of his political journey. If you're aware of the director (Venkat Prabhu), he's a uniquely minded asset that balances never-seen-before genres in Tamil industry and quirky humor with his exclusive crew of comedians.

Again, towards the end, they shot a major action scene around Chepauk Stadium, the home of CSK. So, expect a rowdy crossover of both worlds 👀

The song he sang at the end was a callback to one of his early movies (Ghilli) where he sings the same in a comical scene. Like this, there are so many easter eggs in this movie that give a nostalgic feel and keeps the excitement after a string of mixed and negative shade even before the release. If you have time, check out the Hindi version of the trailer for a cool surprise at the end!! The one who rapped the song was Premji Amaren, brother of Yuvan and Venkat Prabhu. He's done many raps under the belt of Yuvan and acted as a comedian in most of Venkat Prabhu's movies.
