oxydation okay, but what about salmonella and frying chicken? I imagine the temperature kills it, but how reliable is this?

Loved the way you have put up things.. This requires lot of work and time.. I was looking for this information since long..
I have a question. If the oil reaches smoking point and is allowed to cool, will it regain its original structure and properties? How much difference would be there in the nutritional value?
Please let me know.

Thank you so much for the valuable information. I am planning to prepare fried chicken in my house, but felt very bad for having to throw away the left over oil as it would be spoilt. I will be using the leftover oil for preparing Biryani

Thank you for the information! I appreciate it! I've been doing it all wrong by reusing cooking oil more than 5 times just to save a bit of money. So far, I don't feel any sickness.

You guys are great. I usually don't leave comments, but this video was very helpful. I always, tell my wife not to reuse oils after using it once, except coconut oil. Now, I have something to think about. Keep making the video and make them more graphic based. You guys will be famous for sure, just be consistent. Good luck and thanks.
