LISTEN WITH HEADPHONES. Recording made with a Thinklabs One Digital Stethoscope. A systolic ejection murmur in the left upper chest, from a left arm AV dialysis fistula. Note how the murmur disappears for several beats in the middle of the recording (recording repeats twice during this video, so murmur disappears at about 2 seconds and 6 seconds), when the fistula is compressed to stop flow.

Amazing. I just listened to a guy today who I knew I heard a systolic ejection murmur in, but it wasnt what I was used to. But he has a Left UE AV Fistula, and I listened literally right before he went into dialysis. Very helpful. Thank you.

I would love it if there was an 8 hour version of this.
