[Wii U] Decrypting Installable Title Files [using CDecrypt]

Please use JWUDTool instead of CDecrypt since it is newer.

This allows you to decrypt installable titles. It is useful if you dump discs or use Wii U USB Helper to download titles. If you use JNUSTool then decryption is already built-in after downloading so you don't need CDecrypt.

For anyone coming to this now, you can just drag and drop the rom folder onto the CDecrypt exe and it will automatically run it.
