had mine for over a year works perfect if you hook it up right no problems and take care of it like drain water once a month and clean once a month its perfect drys perfect sure it takes longer then a rel dryer but that's ok its compact and does what it surpose to do A++

This is to who main concern
I got the same problem with mine and so far I resolve
I called customer service and they want to send a technician here
I took the main drive out
The back of the main drive is a main board
a little small electronic channel was burn
I just bypass and now works fine

Cleaning the button trap is important? If I will not clean, the water will come out from the machine.

I just tried this on my new Haier washer dryer combo. And it didn't work at all. I was able to open the access door, but I couldn't remove the plug from the drain hose or the filter because they were both too firmly secured.

Mine doesn’t have the plug and hose there. It won’t drain on its own. Anyone else have a solution for this? TIA

I drained water from mine a week ago. Then I washed my clothes one time and I checked it again and it was full of water again. I checked it because my dry function didnt compelety dry my clothes. ITs been acting up like tihs for a month now. Is it supposed to be filled with water after each wash run?

I have this model of machine (HLC1700AXW) that is 2 years old but has only been in service for 1 year. My tenants advised me that they are getting an F9 error code - Dryer sensor circuit problem. Previously when getting this error, a reset of the machine would clear it, but now, the error is not being cleared. I will follow the process in this video when I am onsite in a few days. Does anyone know if following this process will help with this error, and for that matter any more info on this error. The manual is all but useless in this regard. If anyone knows where a more detailed or service manual can be obtained, that would help too.

water was not draining and getting E1 ...cleaned button trap of a coin that had gotten in wash....put on wash cycle and it started fine but then shortly started to hum and do nothing....any suggestions on what this may be ?
