This IB Biology video looks at the carbon cycle, including how carbon moves from the atmosphere to terrestrial and aquatic autotrophs to consumers and how it changes forms in various ways. Then, carbon is looked at as part of several greenhouse gases all contributing to the greenhouse effect. This is distinguished from the enhanced greenhouse effect, before introducing how this causes climate change, affecting coral reefs. To end the video, the arguments for and against anthropogenic climate change are discussed.
