I have a very bad experience with BPI Priority Pass. I was charged for the lounge and it was NOT automatically reversed even if I had a qualified transaction. Their customer service (both e-mail and phone) is very poor as well. Will not use my BPI card again for the lounge. #fraud #scam

May instances po ba na pag ginamit abroad yung platinum card ko is humingi ng pin to complete the transaction? If ever, san ko po makikita yung pin?

pano po pag na sa abroad then you puchase plane tickets papano macococnvert into 6 months installment? if nabanggit mo na need pumnta sa bpi branch to present the SOA para mg paconvert ng installment. Nag offer kasi si BPI na mg upgrade to platinum rewards so pingiisipan ko if the best siya. thank sa sagot
