During the AM Rush Hour:
1. An (R) Train runs up to 96th Street, then goes down as a (Q) Train to Coney Island
2. Some (R) Trains terminate @ 59th Street-4th Avenue

Service Change: Because of a Train’s emergency brakes being activated @ West 4th Street, the following services were in effect:
1. Some southbound (F) Trains were rerouted via the (Q) Line from Lexington Ave-63rd St to Canal Street, then via the (D) Line to Coney Island
2. Some southbound (E) Trains were rerouted via the (R) Line from Queens Plaza to Whitehall Street

Service Change: Because of a signal malfunction @ 8th Street-NYU, there were delays in Queens bound (R) and (W) Trains. One (R) Train ran express from Canal Street to 34th Street-Herald Square
