My fiancee just had open heart surgery and his kidneys have suffered also. He has to be on a low sodium, low phospherous and low potassium diet. When he comes home from rehab, we will have a dietician coming to teach us. In the meantime I am trying to research some foods I know he will eat and that are okay for him. We have lots of cans of tuna in water, but I was blown away that these are okay Thank you. I can let the dietician see about these!
