LONDON WALKING TOUR from Big Ben to Leicester Square

LONDON | Tour of London Sights from Big Ben to Leicester Square
We walk from Downing Street to the London Eye, Houses Of Parliament, and the River Thames up to The Mall, Trafalgar Square and Piccadilly Circus.

I thought we'd travel to London for this one, and have a wander round some of London's best tourist attractions.

This isn't a comprehensive video of every single one but a look at a few, with the rest coming in a new London series that I'm planning to film for Gimbal Walk TV.

Some of the things you will see in this video include 10 Downing Street, Horse Guards Parade and a wander round places like Whitehall, Pall Mall, and Westminster Bridge, but we'll also be stopping to look at things like Jewel Tower, Big Ben, Westminster Abbey and lots more London sights that you'd see on a London Sightseeing trip.

I love London. It's an historic, thriving busy capital city and so much to see which is why I thought you might enjoy a London video.

London is the capital city of England and features amazing tourist attractions and sightseeing tours to show you the landmarks and famous places in London.

The city of London will be celebrating the Queens Jubilee in 2022 so will be even more spectacular as the city comes to life with all kinds of jubilee celebrations. We'll be filming those for the channel so stay tuned.

The first time I went to London was in 1979. The railings at the end of Downing Street weren't permanent and the police allowed our school party to walk down the street. I took a photo of number 10 which I still have.

Visited London once. Found it simple enough with a map in hand given the roads are coded helped

This bought back a lot of memories for me, had some great times especially when the kids were young having their photos took by a Santa in Trafalgar Square who judging by the stink of booze on his breath started his Christmas celebrations early. 😂This video shows just how informative they all are, places i never knew about. Best walking channel on the 'Tube by far, i'm hooked so keep'em coming. ❤

most enjoyable, nice to see they've finally sanded off centuries of smog from those lovely buildings! I lived and worked in London for sometime, around the Strand area. The old law courts and the 'wig and pen', lawyers and journos bar, is the only building there to survive the great fires but you need a member to get you in.

Would also like to see more of their parks, Kew Gardens, Hyde, Regent, Hampstead Heath, etc. And my favourite walks were along their canals where you see the real local life ... thanks Gimbal!

Livibf and working in London all my life, everywhere was known to me. I just loved your comment "You have to pay!!" Nuffink is free in London, even the museums either charge or ask for donations now !!

Thank you for taking us back to 2017 to see London. It truly has some lovely designed buildings with real character and beauty.
I am so glad you put this on now, especially as London will be a show piece to the world over the next few days with the Jubilee events.
At least now we can put some perspective to where it is all happening as pretty much the places you have walked past in this video meant nothing more to some of us, than names on a Monopoly game board, sadly never having visited London before.

I've been to London a few times, but I would always choose a seaside place or a quiet, quaint village with rolling hills and castles to explore over a big city any day! Same with NYC, much rather spend the time in Central Park or Coney Island :)
