Hope all is well. You are doing a very good job!, I always watch your videos before going in for exams, I also purchased your mini cram for course 4 exam and it actually helped me a lot . Today i want to share with you one of the most worst experience of Humber/ proctor online exam Ihad gone through.
Today was my last day of Simulation 2, After 3 day(Mon-Wed) 9:00am to 5:00pm online classes, today Thursday class finished at 12:00pm. after 3 hours break My exam was scheduled for 3:00PM, I logged in 3:00PM all exited to complete my last exam and get rid of this lengthy beast once and for all. I answered my 14th question which were easy and clicked for next one, but for some reason it was not going to the 15th question. I messaged in the chat(Proctor) that it is loading(Circling) but not going to next. May be it can be my internet/wifi problem, but proctor send me the Error message saying "Proctor Paused my Exam", and asked me to END proctoring and go back & log in again. I asked in the chat that " I already answered 14 questions" what will happen to that? Proctor texted me back in the chat " don't worry Test will resume from where you stopped. Please END PROCTORING. I followed his instruction, END Proctoring around 4:45Pm. Tried to login back, Proctor dont allow me, I called Humber, They gave me the number of proctor and asked me to call them, I called Proctor, no one answer the call, later recieved a call from Proctor tech support, explained him the whole scenario, they send me one link and asked me click that link and download one software on my laptop, they control my laptop, I dont know but they did some thing, then finally they told me you have to reschedule the exam. After few minute I got an email from Proctor saying my exam is confirmed 6:00pm this evening, I logged in on right time @ 6:00pm, after face scan, ID scan, Room scan, Chat box appeared saying again the same thing "you have to reschedule your Exam with Humber" I called Humber, they told me un locking Exam is not in their power and they can only submit issue to other department, they took my Ticket number issued by procter tech and they reported the issue to the main department and i was told I will receive the response within 48 hours. Now I have no clue what will happen. I have a feeling that they will FAIL me with 14 correct answers and other questions not attempted. May be I have to pay for the whole simulation classes again and pay for the exam again. I am so much frustrated. I couldn't sleep last night because of the exam and now even tonight I am unable to sleep, because I'm feeling helpless, There is no responsible person in Humber or Proctor who can answer your call and get a reasonable satisfactory answer or resolve my issue. I am sorry I am extremely sorry I am wrtting my bad experience on you comment section, Im sorry, i dont know if this is the right place to share my bad experience. Please forgive me and delete it if its not of your use. Thank you once again. You are doing great job ! keep up good work. God Bless you!

I was the first to finish and it took me an hour and I got 89% on the test. Had to take it at humber because proctertrack got hacked.

Good info. I had an exemption for Sim 1, and course 2/3 so never got to experience it. Thanks for putting my mind straight as I will be heading into Sims 2 in a month or so.

Thank goodness they drop the role plays in SIMS 2. I was not a fan. :D
