Pretty sure the VOX AC15 C1 will fit but is there foam or cushioning on the inside?

Did a Fender Deluxe Reverb will fit on this? And if it can did the amp wouldnt move inside the case, it has a pad or something? Please reply I really need a case for my amp and this seems to be the best one. Thanks!
