Unpopular opinion, i won't say degree is not necessary. It is cuz companies still prefer that but that thirst for learning new things should be kept alive and study only those subjects which u genuinely love

We should never have to choose between a degree and practical experience. Instead, degrees should be given out on the basis of practical life knowledge.

I've studied 20 years of my life so that i can get a monthly salary of 13k.. seriously guys learn how to do business, learn how to follow your passion, learn how to earn money in different ways, learn how to do investments.If you are thinking that people will respect you because of your degree, sadly you are wrong. and the end of the day it's money after all which buys respect.When i become a father I'll teach my kid only the basic fundamentals and I won't trap him or her in this education bhool bhulaiya

Gen Z already knows this stuff, only if our parents could see this video or if this video appears on the trending page then only it can make a huge impact. People nowadays are too busy consuming rubbish content on internet and our parents still have the same old mindset

I dont think a degree is useless its helpful if you're doing the degree in which you're passionate about and also acquiring knowledge and learning new thing through many other ways. A degree is not useless what matters finally is that what you learnt from the degree, so i think everyone should keep learning whether they have a degree or not.

I also dropped out of school in 9th wanted to dropout in 7th but parents didn't agree. now I am happy and learning coding and have built many projects.

I completely agree with u, in our parents generation there were only few ways to succeed and thus it was important to score good in exams to stand out.
But now, thanks to internet a lot of opportunities are available to us and thus the value of degrees are decreasing.

If you are opening a business or have an extraordinary talent, college degree is of no use but for many professions like doctor, lawyer etc college degree is the only way to go .

I am just wasting my time going to college ( class 12) this i realised recently and stopped studying for that meaning less entrance exams and started learning new things now i don' t go to college but learn something which is useful for me but due to this society and teachers i unfortunately couldn't drop out so I decided to leave this country and lead a life i wished hope it

I think degree is really important but the thing is that indian education system is not updating and adapting for future jobs for example Indian engineering student is still studying the courses that was valid 20 years ago. This is the problem. Our education system still works on the concept of remembering things instead of practical knowledge which is really dangerous. It leads to poor quality of engineers that we produce, so many computer science student don't even know how to code, mechanical engineering student don't know how to innovate, commerce student don't know how to open a bank account this is just because of our education system and it should be change without a second thought

Yea, I am learning new skills because after 10 I realised my school education will be useless. My parents want I will be a engineer, but look in India engineer's are jobless. I want to learn something new skills, I don't want degrees. That's useless for me, and my parents don't want that, they think degrees are everything 🤦‍♂️
