I am struggling to use this - although I am new to RV (and a senior 😂) I have not had problems with other apps. I get stuck at the beginning - get started by being being in the building, push the explore button but....just get a black screen with big yellow arrows going down as if something is loading. Have tried many time, waiting as long as 15 minutes but nothing. Something seems defective. Is there a way to reboot?
