TRON Arcade Translite Animation Modification

I go over how I took Brent Wooten's awesome TRON translite animation video and modified it to look more like the actual arcade game translite using only a few filters and an overlay in Adobe Premiere (ignore me when I accidentally call it PhotoShop in this video).
