Is it 13'ft or 14'ft speedmaster ax heavy feeder?

@mostevil Beast Master was too soft for me. Sometimes i have to cast up to 90-100 metres (like on this lake). I can reach it with the speedmaster easily because its tighter when You cast. And it has more reserved power when You play with big fishes. My biggest wish was a 11 kg carp with this rod, it was strong enough to pull it out from the reed, but soft enough to save my 0.22 monofilament line (not to mention my size8 barbless hook, if the rod is too tight or too soft, it can easily turn out)

@mostevil The Aerocast is an other story. I'm lovin it and not at the sime time. I'ts oval blank makes it powerful and tight when You cast and so soft when You play, but because of the oval blank, it has not as lovely bend as the speedmaster or an antares. I don't like the fracture in its bend. But I needed a rod that's not too heavy, not too thick, but strong enaough to cast over 100 metres. This is it :) It has more reserved power than the Speedmaster.

Hi. Looking for Shimano rod now. What a model of your Speedmaster? Now I can buy this rod: Shimano SPEEDMASTER SSM270MH - what you think, it's good or not? I will go fishing to 0, 1rg - 5kg fish. Is this rod good for small (0, 1kg) fish?

Hi! This rod is a feeder rod, code: SMHFDR. The rod You mentioned is not a feeder rod, but a spinning rod. You can use it for "normal" fishing, but its for spinning to catch predator fishes, like pike or something. Watch this: ?v=i2mzzG-OvpA
