I have two wallets, one for chrome one for firefox. the extension didnt work for firefox, so i reinstalled. I only had the recovery phrase for chrome. I followed all the steps, and i recoverd the phrase for my chrome wallet which i already had. What can i do?

i did had an error with inspecting firefox and getting the data. something about lavamoat, scuttling mode

My metamask wallet is just continually loading; I can't even get to the screen where you input your password. Is anyone having this issue or know of a fix?

Following your instructions, after seeing my password isn’t working, the only option that shows is “Reset Wallet.” When I select this the following is a note reading moving forward will “Delete” everything. I will lose my coins, etc. is this because I am using the Metamask app & not the browser extension? I’m stuck. 😢
