I am a psychologist, so I can tell you that a lack or absence of empathy is a critical element of the diagnostic criteria for sociopaths and psychopaths. And since their enemies, including any race but their own and advocate extreme cruelty towards those people, they show that they have no empathy to a degree that, along with the other element stemming from that, they meet the diagnostic criteria for psychopathology.
