Man and they had Naruto thrown away in the Blood Prison as a secret mission he was left in the dark about, if he died here the Leaf had no one to blame but themselves for not trusting Naruto enough to tell him what the plan was I get it they believed Naruto was capable of discovering the plot but what if he died while in their somehow and they weren't there to stop it depending on this timeline(it makes no sense why Kishi made this canon in the novels and yeah he did by mentioning the deceased father in the Kakashi Novel), I'd say Naruto met B but leaving a clone to fight with him against Kisame while he went to save Sakura and Kakashi meaning this is before the war and again if he died here which possibly would result in his half of Kurana being able to run free around the world they're fucked because.
1. Naruto never bond with Kurama yet so he's still full of hatred for humanity.
2. Kurama would want vengeance on the leaf and without the sealing mastery of Jiraiya and Minato plus Uzumakis like Kushina and Naruto Kurama would body the Leaf and kill everyone.
3. Obito would be able to catch Kurama with no problem and seal him away thus reviving the Ten Tails, become its jinchuuriki, activating the Infinite Tsukuyomi, thus reviving Kaguya(if Zetsu uses Obito as a vessel) and turning all of humanity into White Zetsu.
All this would be Konoha's fault if this Naruto died during the events of Blood Prison.

Well, maybe if you didn’t focus all your attention and rush in on escaping inmates and just let the others or Kakashi’s back up team handle them, you might’ve noticed earlier that Naruto was lying in plain open view on the ground with a large bleeding hole in his gut and healed him up by now Sakura! And the same goes for Tsunade and Shizune too!
