summing up:
if you are disciplined and self motivated and have a good economic status of your family then go to kota but if the things are not your way then going to kota will not be benificial instead it will be a wastage of time. Due to various online courses and test series preperation can be way more better at home than in kota (thats what i think is the point of the whole video).

People who doesn't have good conceptual knowledge should definitely go to Kota to improve the fundamentals. Faculties at Kota are very clear about subject and they consistently reinvent ways of simplifying complicated topics. You should go or not is simply a function of your current level of knowledge and of course your financials.
