It's relatively speaking. If your earning dollars and spend in the Philippines it's cheap. But if working locally at a basic pay of 550 pesos or $10 a day, Mc Do is expensive here.

I traveled to Dubai and while there I had nerve pain in my leg so I got seen and x rayed within 2 hrs of walking in the door. I came back to states and had the doctor send over the information to my doctor. My doctor told me it would be three months but he had several recommendations after many failed attempts and outrageous price discoveries. I booked a stay and appointment to have the surgery back in Dubai within a month of going and it was all total with x ray included at 600$ I had called the number the Dubai doctor had given me and it was literally his direct cell line. I’ve spoke to him numerous times and he said get out of America as fast as you can. Kinda really hit me different when he told me America is just a business and it’s business before people.

I found that the prices in the USA were fluctuating, but basically the prices in the Philippines is less than half of the prices in the USA. less than 50%
