Personally I love the more creative ads. Sometime they can even be more memorable than the video itself.

Props to Jirard. I would love and hate to have his job. I'd love to be able to play all the games he does, but I would HATE to have to complete them so fast. With TOTK coming out, I want to take my time with it and not rush through it to look for every single item.

When it comes to ads, the best example i can give is Internet Historian. He manages to mix in humor with the important info in a nice way

When it comes to ads, do as many as you need, unless it's something scammy or harmful. As for format... I think minute long sketch/jokey stuff would be something I wouldn't insta-skip.

Whenever I'm looking for information on a game I look for a completionist video about it first. Jirard always gives the best reviews as he's played the whole game 100% unlike many modern game journalists. His dedication to not only his completionist videos but also his other projects is insane. No one in the youtube gaming space does it like Jirard does it, if you're reading this man you are a champion man your dedication is really appreciated keep on doing what you're doing👍

13:29 As for ads: I always skip reads, I only sometimes skip skits. I also have premium, so I don't have the normal ad breaks.

I like how Caddicarus does ads which are more like small skits integrated into the theme of his video. So a skit would definitely keep me invested. Also my fav color is 🔵.

Bob Wulff has some of my favorite ad reads. Recurring characters, funny sketches, camera tricks, and informative on the content being promoted. It may take a lot more effort, but of all the ad reads I have seen on YouTube he has some of my favorites.
