I’ve had my brush and the app for about a year and the brush disconnected from the app.. I went to pair it again and I keep getting an error. It finds my brush but says “sorry we couldn’t connect to your brush just yet” like what is that even supposed to mean?.. i have a subscription to get refills every 3 months and I can’t even get my damn brush to connect back to the app???

Can we be specific! If you have an Android make sure your location settings are on but for us iPhone users that’s not the fix. And of course Quip’s tech support is so smart. 😂 I broke it down to my iPhone model, iOS version, the issue I’m having and I’m up to date on my iOS version… still to be told hey can you provide this info? Look we’re spending money on a product that shouldn’t have this many issues. Did y’all just rush these into production or nah?

Mine doesn't come with a Q which is stupid because on the box it said to connect to app

Worked with no issues. You have to have the location on your phone turned on.

A solution: Your phone Bluetooth may be on, but your app permission is not. For iPhones, go to settings & scroll to the bottom list of all apps. Click on quip & see if your Bluetooth switch is off for that app. I think it asks when you open it for the first time & a lot of us are not reading the things & saying no notifications, no Bluetooth, etc. mine worked immediately after that.

I believe you can only pair with the quip “smart electric toothbrush.” Which is only available in a few colors 🙃

Someone said to turn on Bluetooth and location and I guess it worked for her

This is my second one ever. The first one was easy. I got the oscillating one yesterday. I can’t get it to pair yet. Not a big deal. Kind of got over the app. The rewards suck. My location is on and everything. Just can’t find it. I’ll figure it out eventually. If not, oh well. It brushes my teeth for 2 minutes. That’s what it’s for.

So I got my kid one and tried to pair it...turns out she doesn't have the bluetooth smart They are not specific at all about what u have to have in order to have a seamless connection process... That's B's.... Now ik why they gave us the 15$ gift card 🤦🏾‍♀️
