Hey babe! here’s a tip with oils (I grew up using them as a kid, they’re very beneficial!): Peppermint is considered to be a ‘hot’ oil. While it smells good, putting it in a diffuser will basically make that hot oil airborne, and you can get it in your eyes via the steam that’s released. Peppermint can be harmful to the eyes, and causes a very uncomfortable burn- and can only go away if you damp milk on the eye to diffuse the oil (ph neutral- works kinda like how milk helps neutralize spices that we eat!) enjoy the diffuser! There’s so many benefits to your health using specific oils!! have an amazing day bestie 💕💕 keep being your amazing self 🤍🤍
