Ocean Boulevard Shooting, Raw phone footage

Police are investigating a shooting that happened Saturday on Ocean Boulevard.

The incident occurred around 7:30 p.m. in the area of 12th Avenue North and North Ocean Boulevard, according to Cpl. Chris Starling with the Myrtle Beach Police Dept.

The video appeared to show an argument between several people between two vehicles.

A person then gets out of the SUV to confront someone in a truck and pop noises can be heard as the truck drives away.

The caption reads: "Guy doing burnouts hits car, tried to flee then gets shot!!"

Edward Arnell Williams, Jr., 37, of Charlotte, was arrested and charged with attempted murder, discharging a firearm into an occupied motor vehicle and possession of a weapon during the commission of a violent crime.

Update: the driver in the Grey truck name is David Adam's, and the shooter name is Edward Williams. Adam's was not shot, Williams fired his gun at the floor. Williams was charger and sent to prison.

Meanwhile his girl is most likely getting it in all types of position. By someone else.
