I have the carbon version of this exhaust. It's very loud WHITH the dB killer, and insanely noisy without. It's a track only version and in my country (France) you may get a ticket for using it on road...
But it's really nice looking and weight 10 pound less than the original..

That used to be true in the USA too in the 1980's but here Harley somehow gets a pass and since they sell so many Harleys we all get a pass. You can straight pipe any bike and there is no issue. With it like that its up to you to self regulate so you are not too obnoxious but loud enough to be noticed in a Lexus with tinted windows. SO I usually end up with the dB killer installed. I have a Delkevic on my Bandit. On the bike you can hear the difference with he dB killer but off the bike from across the street you really cant on most of their systems. So just go with the set up that makes the bike run best (which is usually with the dB killer).
