It’s not that bad and I would not recommend using a chewy or anything to pop them down.. they recommend switching at night and to use the hype byte so it moves the teeth and allows the aligner to sit better.. also after the first 2-3 days will feel like pressure and sensitivity on the teeth but it goes away until you switch to the next. Only advising because I’m half way through my treatment

Will I hear a Dentist do a voice over explaining to me the movement of my teeth & what will happen. I view my treatment plan online & don't hear any Dentist voice it is just mute. No explaining nothing. I have watched other youtubers & theirs has a Dentist explaining their plans of treatment. Thank you

I have the exact same issue after braces! So I got byte as well. I'm on week 2 so far.

I got my impression kit. I am going to do it tonight and then send them off tomorrow. I don't to much mind the discomfit. I had metal braces before so, it won't bother me to much. lol
