the "toad" is a chameleon. they have their tails curled, usually downwards, but it looks like a chameleon.

GameFreak can easily make newer pokemon out of the beta pokemon. Just fix the details and so many new Pokemon from all these betas. I want our tiger (from G/S betas) and the peanut pokemon back! The Celibi fairy line looks so pretty and cute, it could easily be a new fairy pokemon.
