What games need to be in part 2? 👀

Edit: For those asking, Nevada was playing Weber State in 1991. They were both FCS teams at the time.

If I had a nickel for every time UCLA came back from 30+ points down in the second half the last few years, I’d only have two nickels, but it’s strange that it happened twice.

I’ll never regret the night I randomly stayed up and watched the UCLA vs Washington st game. I have no stake in either team and yet it was one of the best games I’ve ever seen.

The fact that Frank Reich, a career backup QB for a majority of his playing days, had at the time, the greatest comeback in college football history ( filling in for Boomer Esiason) when Maryland came back from down 31-0 to The U AND as the Buffalo Bills QB (filling in for Jim Kelly) came back from 35-3 against the Houston Oilers (still the greatest comeback in NFL history) in that 1992 Wild Card game will always be astonishing to me.

Imagine being so bad at defense that your QB throws for 9 touchdowns and you still lose.

The Houston-Pitt ending is just astounding. The odds of successfully recovering TWO onside kicks is gotta be astronomical.

One comeback you should consider for part 2 is the Ty Detmer led BYU comeback, NCAA record highest scoring tie game, 52-52, versus Marshall Faulk and San Diego State in 1991. Down 45-17 halfway through the 3rd quarter coming back and scoring a last minute TD to tie the game and secure the WAC conference championship. Love all the videos! Keep up the great work!

That 2006 Michigan State Northwestern game is still the largest comeback not only for College Football but for all time in both College and NFL

Because as we know 28-3 is an insurmountable lead that would be impossible to come back from

I remember trying to pull off the 1980 holiday bowl comeback on NCAA 04. Man that was so hard to do

As an Illinois fan it was so heartbreaking when they missed the extra point at 15:06 glad the Illini still won that game

Teams need to go for 2 so it’s either 29-3 or 27-3 instead of 28-3. that score is the worst big lead in sports

The Auburn - Mississippi State game is still one of my favorite games I’ve been to as a band member. Absolutely insane comeback for us.

I remember watching the UCLA-Texas A&M game and thinking Josh Rosen was gonna be so special. Good thing I am not an NFL scout
