// George Harrison gave an interview to the BBC for their religious television series "Fact Or Fantasy?"

The interview took place in Harrison’s office at the Apple Corps headquarters in Savile Row, London. He spoke at length about his spiritual beliefs, with particular emphasis on the Krishna movement. //

George meditated so much that he achieved the ability to talk normally while his mouth made very slow, seemingly random movements - and sometimes it didn't move at all. Astounding!

What is amazing is that in one of his last interviews on VH1 decades later and shortly before his death, he talked about the same things using much of the same language, such as knocking on the door if you want to know something; he kept these same beliefs; they were no just some fad he was temporarily into for a few months or years. I had no idea what any of this meant when he gave this interview, but after an additional 50 years of living and having several OBEs, I know what he is talking about now. George opened up the minds of entire generations and changed the world, for the better.

I read all the Carlos Casteneda books ( that were out ) and learnt TM by the time I was 26 and Everything else I’ve seen ( learnt) since has been a regurgitation of the same knowledge.
There’s a brilliant TM song on Ytube by the Beach boys called the TM song, who also learnt TM ( Transcendental Meditation) 🙏

When you're 13 and younger as a Catholic, they teach you to play along with it, live your life, forgive those who harm you, your family or friends. I don't see the Catholic system intentionally teaching people to become hypocrites, especially to young children below the age of 18, just to pick an age, it could be 19 or 21. Once an adult, you see the world in a much different way. Sure, Satori, an enlightenment experience can be achieved, but the Catholic Church can't teach enlightenment to children, because they haven't lived yet, they haven't experienced all the failures, stress, and hardship of holding a job, getting fired from a job, getting dumped by their lovers. But I like his honesty and he gets to the point in less time than others explaining his life experiences.

The biggest lesson is that playing guitar is the perfect way to meditate. A guitar practice session can take you away from everything in the outside world and is a good addiction. If I can ever play guitar as good as George that would be Nirvana.

George Harrison chnated the Hare Krishna mantra on his japa chanting beads everyday. He offered to shave his head as a devotee of Krishna and disciple of Srila Prabhupada, but Prabhupada told him it was necessary for him to shave his head. He told him that he would help him wrote spiritual songs to benefit humanity, and he did such as "My Sweet Lord", "Awaiting On Us All", "Beware of Darkness", "All Things Must Pass", etc...
