Minecraft is a 2011 sandbox video game created by Swedish game developer Markus Persson and later developed by Mojang. It has also been used in educational environments (Minecraft Education Edition), especially in the realm of computing systems, as virtual computers and hardware devices have been built in it. By late 2018, over 154 million copies had been sold across all platforms, making it the second best-selling video game of all time, behind Tetris. In September 2014, Microsoft announced a deal to buy Mojang and the Minecraft intellectual property for US$2.5 billion, with the acquisition completed two months later. Spin-off games, such as Minecraft: Story Mode, have also been released. By mid-2018, the game had around 91 million active players monthly.

This reminds me of the first time me and my little sister played minecraft. The first thing we ever built was a horribly made rectangular "pet shop" with cows and pigs trapped inside. We pretended the cows were dogs. It was fun, all those days trying to find diamonds or raging because a creeper ruined your newly finished dirt house.

"...alright, i got the priest's house, but it looks too displaced and random to be a connected part of the build. the temple's not ruins, so i can't have random people shacking up around it, that would break the theme of a sacred place. maybe i should move it so it's in line with the rest of the temple? i don't wanna build an entire city around it, that'd take a lot of time. maybe the priest's home could be above it? no, it's a water theme, not an air theme, and it'd look too random just floating on a dirt pad. besides, that's the floating city's theme. how about underwater...?"

Eu acho que já vi uns 5 vídeos de Lofi Hip-Hop de Minecraft, no segundo vídeo que assisti foi normal, apenas um compilado de músicas de Minecraft como qualquer outro... Só que quando fui ler os comentários, tantas pessoas falando sobre a infância marcada por esse jogo, amigos que fizeram, todos os momentos com os amigos que não vêem a 5 anos... Isso realmente, por algum motivo, me emocionou.
É incrível como esse simples jogo e esses comentários me tocaram, bateu uma vontade gigantesca de pegar o meu PlayStation, colocar o DVD, e começar a minerar. Esse foi um jogo que marcou não só a minha infância, como a de muitos outros...




Me lembro de como Minecraft era realmente famoso. Na minha escola falavam toda hora sobre ele. Quando meu pai um dia comprou o jogo do Minecraft para o meu Xbox 360, meus olhos brilharam e eu havia passado a jogar o jogo direto. Na primeira vez que joguei, eu não sabia de nada, me lembro de me esconder dos monstros mesmo estando no modo criativo, eu realmente não sabia nada. Me lembro de uma construção minha de Creeper(desculpa se escrevi errado), e meus 3 cachorros. Me lembro também do dia que havia me perdido das minhas construções e dos meus cachorros, eu CHOREI por ter me perdido, mas no final, eu me encontrei de volta das construções e da Mangle, Bua e Mary.
Com o tempo, não sei o que aconteceu, meu Xbox foi vendido e trocado por um PlayStation, eu não jogava mais tanto quanto antes, até chegar no ponto de ser esquecido. De vez em quando eu jogava aqui e ali, mas só quando eu REALMENTE estava entediada.
Me lembro de um youtuber famoso brasileiro chamado AuthenticGames e os amigos dele, eles faziam parte da minha infância... Também tinha o Baixa Memória, Pac e Mike, Rezeende, Moonkase, Jvnq e muitos outros...

Depois que ne encontrei com esses vídeos e comentários, essas músicas, uma nostalgia e vontade de chorar começou, então eu resolvi jogar o jogo novamente, nem que seja pela última vez, e foi o que eu fiz hoje.
Eu não quero me esquecer desse jogo que me marcou tanto, então, eu prometo voltar a jogar a partir em diante...

Então...
Muito obrigada por me relembrar esses momentos tão importantes para mim, um pedaço de minha infância... E, o esquecer que eu estou falando, é dessa felicidade que eu senti quando vi o DVD de Minecraft que meu pai comprou em 2014, as conversas que tive com meus amigos na escola, a felicidade de ter matado o EnderDragon, a tristeza de ter caído na lava na hora de pegar um diamante... Tudo isso que senti, com esse simples jogo..

E como já disse, eu prometo não esquecer disso.. A essência do Minecraft morreu um pouco por causa da atualização atual(pelo menos na minha opinião), mas, ela ainda vai estar nas nossas lembranças nostálgicas...
