Putin’s Troops Get “Updated” MiG-31 BM To Face Ukraine’s F-16s | Russian Firm Puts Bounty On US Jet

A Russian company announced that the first Russian soldier to destroy one of the US-made F-16 fighter jets will receive a substantial reward. Fores, the manufacturer of ceramic proppants, previously paid out bounties for Western equipment taken out by the Russian military. The bounty for the first downed aircraft will amount to 15 million rubles ($170,000), said Fores deputy CEO Ilya Potanin. “There will be a reward for destroying the F-15 and F-16 fighter jets,” said Potanin in a video published by the Russian MoD. Fores CEO Sergey Shmotyev first announced the establishment of this bounty in June during the St Petersburg International Economic Forum. Watch the video to find out more.
