when you got a head shot while you were shooting at the body thats actually called spread because on different auto guns they have a high spread and real guns have high spread in real life as well, so the bullets are going different directions.

The suspicious headshot is just spread, and when it slowed down, he was shooting as his cursor passed the guy, so that's how that shot hit. I really don't see anything suspicious about this run. He never locked on to anyone, he is just good.

i am not sure if he is cheating, it happens to me in rare times example: i was using hancannon and shot some1 in the head and it took around a whole 2 secs to register (i had around 60-90ms)

As someone who has cheated once in arsenal, i'm pretty sure he's not cheating. The reason why he hits headshots while aiming the body is because of the spread. It doesn't look like a silent aim nor a triggerbot. If he does cheat though then it could be a small silent aim that he customised so he can select a specific chance % to hit a headshot while aiming the body, which i doubt it because his crosshair is always on the enemy.
