I never wanted smell-o-vision as badly as when watching you cook the filling for the samosas. Listening to the sizzle as it cooked, and then when you added the And when you broke one open, the crunch! Samosas are a favorite of mine, and you've made them look very doable. Thank you for this!

Hi dear Bea. I have a little question. I bought all the ingredients and would like to make these for birthday lunch tomorrow for the starter before the meal. Do I make them this afternoon before the meal tomorrow as tomorrow morning making bread and other preparations I would like to make these tonight but if I do do I keep them in the fridge prepared for baking just before the meal? or freezing them once the meat is cooked but not the phyllo but all prepared and formed into the rolls ready for baking. So kept in the fridge? or freezed prepared meat cooked but not the phyllo everything ready for the oven. frozen? or left in fridge ready to be cooked? worry that doing that in fridge that the juices from the meat soaks the phyllo and makes is soggy? making too your mini strawberry cheesecakes. This meal is for my birthday on the 4th of July but will be earlier because my son is not because of his work here on the 4th
