It makes me sad for her to say that she needs these surgeries to feel valid in getting her ID documents to say that she's female. Trans women shouldn't be held to a standard to get very cosmetic procedure imaginable in order to be seen as their true gender.

I noticed in so many many videos of her legs and feet swollen. She has serious edema, which could be a sign of heart disease. I my self have chronic edema in my legs and feet. Her hear couldn't possibly handle all those surgeries
