Using Google Cloud Platform for Large-Scale Genomic Calculations (Cloud Next '19)

In this session, we share how we use GCP to store our continuously growing database of over 1 million sequenced patients and how we use BigQuery to calculate genomic metrics like allele frequency and zygosity count for variant interpretation in a clinical setting.
