So check this out. Blade Runner(obviously named after the movie. Yes this is true) is an Artifact that would suit deku very well. Its a pair of iron boots that allow a person to shoot solid steel blades.
The size, strength, And speed of these blades all depend on how hard you kick and how big the arch you make when you kick.
Combine this with deku and and he can slice and entire city clean in half
