I've been working on a throwing technique I wish I could show him. You hold the knife sideways between your thumb and finger nails and pinch hard for resistance and flick the knife with your fingers. It's really interesting because I'm able to get decent accuracy with light weight knives and don't need to pull back in a gesture that indicates that I'm throwing. So far it gets more power when I use my pinky to lead. But because I hurt my pinky leading with my index finger I figured out you can flick the knife with no spin technique too. I'm not really good at no spin technique but honestly I never would even tried to use it if not for Adam's videos. He really inspired me to try throwing in new way and now I want to learn to juggle so I can change hands better. Again thanks and hope you see this and try the fist flick shot like I tried to describe. I'm able to use it to flick my lighter kinda like Spiderman shoots web which is a neat trick for passing shots
