I love the 4 precious stones quest, I have so many gosh darn Prismatic Shards that I don’t have any use for. Granted, I’ve completed 100% perfection so I get one everyday for free.

If you sell qi beans/fruits to Pierre the day before the challenge ends the day after you can buy the qi fruit/bean back and you can grow it without a time limit, and then when the quest come up again you can ship the fruit you have grown in this time (sorry for the bad English)

For the 100K of cooked items quest, I like to prepare by making sure I have 250 each of purple cabbage and radishes. They can be combined into 250 Red Plates which sell for exactly 100K gold.

i recently just found out you could redo qi quests, and these were very useful. thanks for the tips!
edit: also for Qi's Cuisine if you have flour sugar and eggs laying around you can make 500 chocolate cakes that sell exactly for 100, 000 gold as well

I gotta say, your Stardew Videos are my favorite on all of youtube. It brings a smile to my face everytime I watch one.
Did you know? You can actually farm Qi Gems and Galaxy Souls in the Dangerous Mines just from killing monsters? It's very rare but if you use the burglar ring and a monster musk, the mobs get so thick in the spider forest area that you can AoE with your hammer and slaughter so many mobs that you can get around 5-10 Qi Gems per day with this method, no quest required. As a bonus you will also find tons of straight up metal bars and more void essences than you'll ever know what to do with along side a great deal of Coal. The Galaxy souls are very rare but if it's a lucky day I always seem to get at least 1, sometimes even 2.
PS - I never use exploits.

also for the qi fruit quest, if you crack a geode with 5 beans you should throw that same type in a geode crusher to get 5 more(you get the same item from a geode crusher as you do from Clint as long as you don't crack another geode, and only works once). i like to do it early game for basalt(lava eel ponds), iridium and coal if its a stack of 5-10.

If you don't have money to buy cofee, just get a lucky ring and java ring and farm it in the regular mined floor 40 because dust sprites often spawn there

If you have split screen open when you complete a quest, you get twice the rewards.

@mGaud I don't know if you'll see this, but you can prepare for the purple items in Qi's prismatic grange by using pomegranates. The goal of the strategy is to unlock the greenhouse and Ginger Island and have pomegranate trees producing fruit every day. You can use any quality of pomegranate for purple items in the Prismatic Grange request. I normally go with 7 pomegranate trees in my greenhouse and only sell the fruit in the case i need emergency funds. It also gives a source of loved gifts for Elliott. Hope this helps!

For qi fruit on the last day you can sell any extra to Pierre and buy back 5 the next day. then plant them at your leisure to have 500 before the next time you take the quest.

Spaghetti from Gus's is also a red item, and 60g cheaper per item, so buying 100 spaghetti instead of cherry bombs for the Prismatic Grange quest will save you 6000g.

50 Loved gifts done easy—- I just made sure that by Saturday, I go and give at least 30-40 gifts, and on sunday finish off the rest ( 2 loved gifts per week, on sunday it resets, so you can give them gifts again. Make rounds from marnies house each morning, through to Robins house and linus. Then get wizard and if you have desert oasis available, go visit sandy on sunday when you trade jade for staircases. Easy peasy.
Qi beans is easy if you have at least 7 -8 Iridium sprinklers, and replace any crops already planted with qi beans, until you get all crops growing. Each day replace grown crops by using seedmaker, then ship the rest each day. The last week you should have a full crop from the fields, and check how many you need shipped to meet the 500. Note: if you have agriculturist, it only takes 3 days to grow a qi beans, especially if fertilized with Speed gro of at least 25-33%.

Both Purple and Red are actually VERY easy.

Red: Bait (made from Bug Meat)
Purple: Bug Meat.

Just farm the bugs on floors 10-25 of the Mine or hit up the Sewer while you're farming for Fiber.
If anything, Blue is probably the most difficult/expensive and requires either investing valuable fruit (Blueberries, Ancient Fruit, etc.) or Iridium ore.

The cheapest solution I've found is to simply set aside Blackberries when they're in season, or save up "Broken Glasses" and "CDs" from fishing/dumpster diving.
