Wot about Time Value of money ?? 1 crore today is always better than 40 Lac and 60 Lac annuity . 60 Lac annuity will give maximum 8 percent return, But we get 1 crore today and invest even in AAA rated bond / debt mutual fund we will earn far better return plus freedom of choice.
