Hi, what would you advice for HT - 1 single unit of F112 or 2 units of E112? The room size is 12 ft wide 16 ft length and 10 ft height. I am running on 7.1.4 at the moment with a single unit of Revel Performa B15a. I am thinking of replacing Revel with JL Audi subs. Thanks.

So I assume you need a CR1 crossover unit to prevent lower frequency signals reaching the mid / high loudspeaker that deal with the bulk of the music spectrum. This is the only way I can figure out how you reduce the workload on the ‘main’ speakers. Can you explain any other conclusions please.

that concept is not NEW >> that is how you should treat all bookshelf speakers .. of course when you take the load off the 6 it is going to perform better,
