It is used at its best in combination with hydroseparation technique by means of computer controlled CNT HS-11 device for physical density separation of minerals of interest in one concentrate for in situ mineral identification by optical and electron microscopy (SEM). As the result of sample preparation of EPD&HS concentrates from different products in special monolayer polished sections these can be used for recovery of extensive representative data by means of SEM/MLA/QEMSCAN, LA ICP-MS etc.
