It's very risky leasing places here. The owner usually waits till the upgrades are done then boots you out. Good luck

Cute little pad, Really want to see the Beaver Make it, Been following him a long time, He has had a rough start, Im proud that he recovered and has a bar, We have the two farms for income, Their already making money!! Business is so hard here, Trust No one, People here struggle, We had to pay just so we could purchase the lands family of 9 children, So hard but we did it! That’s why I want him to make it so bad, I know its hard for a expat!! Nice Vid Alex always, Belus Cebu/Leyte

It looks beautiful. I hope you considered if the house will withstand super typhoons especially you're at the beach front. It's an open area and very strong winds can be scary as they can easily tear up the roof. There are no trees to at least filter the wind and hold the sand from erosion. Hoping all goes well.

We must support foreign investors like michael because they generate jobs for our fellow pinoys.

I'm also curious how he has a business in the Philippines. It's nearly impossible as an unmarried foreigner. Hope all his ducks are in a row.

About $4500 extra for two years or $185 per month over the base of $200 per month. So, $385 per month for the fun beach house for two years. No bad except for the question of the 25th month, right?

Wow!!! That's very of him. Happy and everything he love is very convenient for him. I should be going home and find a place to live the same as Michael. Right Alex? Maybe you try to find one which is challenging to find and let me know. that will be nice. Thanks Alex for sharing this video of Michael and his nice living place. Near the Beach? Wow!!!

So we know that he pays 20, 000 pesos a month what would be the all-in costs for the Improvement cities making and mostly made at this point so I can divide it by 36 months and see if it's worth it ?

I'm from the UK and living permanently here in Roxas City. If you are still here Saturday we have a darts tournament very close to Baybay. Come along and meet the locals

Great interview mate, I’m confused which city to settle so many options, maybe a vlog idea? Top5 cities in the Phil’s? For dating, malls, lifestyle?

I can’t say a thing cause I just spent 450k pesos on a rental to fresh paint and new aircon with a 3 year lease too. I just wanted it to be new for me.
